Plant Manager | Oakham Lead a High-Performing Manufacturing Operation and Develop the Next Generation of Talent At Amcor, we're looking for an exceptional manufacturing leader to take responsibility for our Oakham site and help shape the next chapter of its success.
This is more than a plant leadership role.
It's an opportunity to lead a strategically important manufacturing operation, develop and inspire a highly skilled workforce, strengthen our culture of operational excellence, and play a key role in developing future manufacturing talent through one of Amcor's UK apprenticeship academies.
Reporting directly to the UKI General Manager, you will have full accountability for plant performance across safety, people, operations, quality, customer satisfaction, and financial results.
You'll lead an experienced management team while championing a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, capability development, and engagement.
