Amcor in Rushden, Northamptonshire, is seeking an experienced Plant General Manager to lead our manufacturing site with end-to-end accountability for operations, safety, quality and financial performance. You'll report to the BMS UKI General Manager and oversee approximately 127 employees and £20M turnover, driving continuous improvement and Lean initiatives onsite. This leadership role offers a strategic, hands-on opportunity to shape production, customer service and profitability while ensuring compliance.
