As part of our world-class, performance-focused team you will oversee the material requirements for the site, conduct the month mass balance, procedure and reports, manage waste movements and be involved in audits and external reporting.

Working Monday – Friday = 37.5 hours a week

Key Job Accountabilities

As part of the Planning Team youll be responsible for:

Monitoring scrap and repro stock levels to ensure effective space utilization

Co-ordinate the monthly scrap forecast based on site requirements and sales forecast

Working with the Masterbatch and Polymer Planning Co-ordinator to create a structured weekly reclaim plan, using the scrap forecast as a reference.

Monitor changes in actual material usage vs forecast and adjust scrap purchases and reclaim production plans accordingly

Assist the Planning Manager with driving sales of Sustane

Provide comprehensive support to the Planning Manager

Attend Monthly Repro and Polymer review meetings

Work collaboratively with QC to drive internal improvements and monitor the NCR reportimplementing corrective action where necessary

Co-ordinate the monthly stock-take procedure (Mass Balance) submitting all post count reports to the relevant departments.

Qualifications/Requirements

A good knowledge of IT including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

Experience of working in a planning role

Experience of the recycled plastics industry is desirable

Use of the In-House Navision Operating System

Good attention to detail

Team player and good communicator
