Reporting directly to the UKI General Manager, you will have full accountability for plant performance across safety, people, operations, quality, customer satisfaction, and financial results. You'll lead an experienced management team while championing a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, capability development, and engagement.

You'll provide inspirational leadership across all aspects of plant performance, ensuring the business consistently delivers against safety, service, quality, productivity, and financial targets.

We're seeking a proven manufacturing leader with experience managing complex operations and delivering measurable business results.

\n

Essential Experience

\n

\n
• Significant leadership experience within manufacturing, operations, or site management environments.

\n

• Experience leading large multidisciplinary teams through change, growth, and transformation.

\n

• Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility.

\n

• Proven track record of improving operational performance, productivity, and profitability.

\n

• Strong understanding of manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, and customer requirements.

\n

• Demonstrated success in driving a strong safety culture.

\n

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

\n

• Passion for people development and building organisational capability.

\n

• Data-driven, commercially minded decision maker.

\n

\n

Desirable

\n

• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related discipline.

\n

• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Operational Excellence experience.

\n

• Experience leading organisational change and transformation programmes.

\n

• Experience developing technical, engineering, or apprenticeship talent programmes.

\n
