Due to internal staff movement, we have an opportunity for a Customer Services Representative to join our Customer Services Team in Norwich. The role will report directly to the Commercial Manager.

In this role you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, working together with the Production and Sales Teams to deliver products from our extensive portfolio to support a range of clients, based in the UK and worldwide. You will work alongside colleagues to ensure customer needs are carefully met while making the most effective and efficient use of capacity & resources, and setting priorities where appropriate.

The successful candidate will have a methodical & meticulous working manner, good communication skills across all levels of the business. They will be self‑motivated, a strong team player, flexible and adept at juggling priorities and working under pressure. Excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills will be essential in this challenging but rewarding role, which will include an element of Planning alongside our Production teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of customer accounts.
  • Co‑ordinating with Production and Sales Teams to deliver products.
  • Ensuring customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Setting priorities and managing capacity and resources.

Key qualifications:

  • Experience in a customer services role.
  • Qualifications in English language & Mathematics.
  • Good analytical and computing skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, organisational and administrative skills.
