Role Summary
This role involves managing a portfolio of customer accounts and working closely with Production and Sales teams to translate customer demands into viable production plans, ensuring adherence to weekly plans and prioritizing where necessary.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts.
- Collaborate with Production and Sales teams to translate customer demands into viable production plans.
- Implement planning functions and monitor adherence to weekly plans via daily production meetings.
- Set priorities and make efficient use of capacity and resources.
- Work alongside colleagues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in a planning or customer services role.
- English language and mathematics qualifications.
- Good analytical and computing skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office packages.
- Methodical and meticulous working manner.
- Strong communication skills at all business levels.
- Self‑motivated, strong team player, flexible, able to juggle priorities and work under pressure.
- Excellent organisational, administrative, and communication skills.
Work Hours
Day shift pattern (40 hours), Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.00 pm with ½ hour unpaid meal break.
Reporting
Reporting directly to Lloyd Parfitt, Commercial Manager.
