Job Purpose: As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will have a direct and visible impact on the success of the Rigid Packaging division at Amcor. In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders to shape and deliver hiring strategies that enable growth, performance, and long‑term capability across manufacturing and production sites in Europe. You will be trusted to own the full recruitment lifecycle, bringing curiosity, energy and a strong business mindset to every interaction. By combining deep understanding of the business with market insight and proactive sourcing, you will help leaders make confident hiring decisions and build strong, future‑ready teams. This is a true business partnership role, offering the opportunity to influence how talent is attracted, assessed and hired during an exciting period of transformation and increased activity. You will be part of a collaborative Talent Acquisition team, learning the business, building relationships and contributing to how Talent Acquisition continues to evolve across the organization.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • End‑to‑End Recruitment Ownership: Own the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across Rigid Packaging manufacturing and production sites, managing both high‑volume hiring needs and critical individual hires.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify needs, set priorities and deliver timely, high‑quality hiring outcomes.
