Job Purpose:
- Ensure smooth handover to development centers for industrialization.
- Drive technical excellence and innovation: develop injection-molded dispensing concepts focusing on performance, cost, and sustainability; stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to improve designs.
- Collaborate across teams and geographies: work closely with sales, manufacturing sites, and cross-functional R&D; build relationships with external partners, including research institutions and technology providers.
- Support strategic planning and resource management: assist in defining deliverables, budgets, and resource allocation for dispensing system projects; prepare technical reports, proposals, and presentations for senior management.
Role Requirements:
