You are an innovative thinker, passionate about the planet and eager to play a role in creating sustainable packaging that keeps the world healthy, fed and working. As part of our world-class, performance-focused team you will have the opportunity to support the existing internal sales team with customer account management whilst leading and developing our internal pricing function.
Key Job Accountabilities- Central point of contact for forming costings, pricing and tenders through our in-house costing system
- Work closely with external sales team to prepare final tender documentation
- Liaise with Finance, Production & Materials to maintain and ensure accuracy of data within the costing system
- Liaise with relevant departments on new specification builds and inputting into the costing system
- Lead the tender review meetings to ensure full details are in receipt prior to cost build
- Support the internal sales team & provide relevant cover
- Obtain orders from new and existing customers
- Proactively drive additional volume
- Responsible for stock control and payment management
- Resolve customer queries
- Generate reports for management
- Experience of working within MS Office suite with excel / different costing software being key
- Experience of working within sales and customer service environment
- Exceptional communicator with the ability to connect to a diverse customer portfolio
- Accuracy & attention to detail is key
- Ability to multi-task
