As an Account Manager CP&S within Amcor Flexibles EMEA, you will drive growth and retention across UK and Ireland accounts, managing a diverse portfolio across Coffee, Petcare, and Specialty segments.
Principal Accountabilities
- Develop and Execute Strategic Account Plans – Turn customer needs into actionable account strategies and implement aligned plans.
- Build and Maintain Strong Customer Relationships – Map key decision makers, engage stakeholders, and position Amcor as a trusted partner.
- Drive Business Growth Through Opportunity Identification – Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with Marketing and Business Development.
- Monitor Performance and Ensure Operational Excellence – Track account performance, take corrective actions, and partner with Operations and Supply Chain.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
