Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate payroll data for submission to payroll provider
- Manage payroll data including queries, interrogation of systems, and all payroll data administration
- Update HR and payroll systems with data changes
- Prepare onboarding and off‑boarding documentation and update records
- Maintain occupational health database, records, appointments, and liaise with OH provider
- Prepare monthly report data
- Maintain holiday and absence records
- Manage and coordinate training administration
- Take responsibility for pool cars and related administration
- Deputise for the Site Administrator/Receptionist
Qualifications
- Previous knowledge of payroll data preparation
- GCSE English and maths passes or equivalent
- Good understanding of MS Office tools
- Ability to work confidentially
- First class communication and interpersonal skills
- Numeracy skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Experience in successfully meeting tight deadlines and working under pressure
- Basic IT knowledge
- ‘Can do’ attitude
- Good administrative and organisational skills
