Overview

In this CLM-focused role, you will own the CLM platform's day-to-day administration and continuous improvement, ensuring compliant contract management. You will collaborate with Legal and Commercial Operations to develop AI-enabled playbooks, manage obligations, and maintain an auditable contract repository. You’ll design workflows, dashboards, and escalation paths to enhance visibility, risk management, and post-signature compliance. This is a pivotal tech-enabled governance role in Amcor’s global contract environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day administration, configuration, and improvement of the CLM platform as the primary business owner
  • Design, build, and maintain CLM workflows (intake, approvals, escalations) aligned with business needs and risk thresholds
  • Configure dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor contract status, risk, cycle times, and obligations
  • Manage user access, roles, permissions, and onboarding for CLM tools
  • Develop AI-enabled playbooks, clause guidance, and fallback positions with Commercial Operations and Legal
  • Implement obligation tracking, alerts, and post-signature compliance monitoring within CLM
  • Maintain accurate, auditable contract repository and GRPS contract compliance
  • Act as first point of contact for CLM issues, coordinate with IT and vendors, drive continuous improvement projects

Key requirements

  • Degree in law, IT, or relevant experience
  • Hands-on CLM administration experience; configuring workflows, approvals, dashboards, or reports preferred
  • Comfort with structured processes, risk frameworks, and technology-enabled solutions
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook; CRM systems; SAP and/or Oracle preferred
  • Experience with Ironclad and/or SFDC highly valuable
  • Organized, able to multitask; collaborative team player and relationship builder
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and high data accuracy
