This is a varied and dynamic role, ideal for someone who thrives working independently, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and takes pride in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Job Description

  • Bookkeeping support, invoicing, and expense claim processing
  • Financial administration and vendor/partner management
  • Sales administration and CRM updates
  • Diary management for senior managers
  • Coordination and planning of meetings and travel
  • General office and facility management
  • Event planning and logistics support
  • Timesheet and project administration
  • Support with onboarding of new joiners

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in administration, finance support, or office management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail with a proactive and service-oriented mindset
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • IT literacy (MS Office; familiarity with finance or CRM systems is a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly
