As a Senior Consultant within the AMCL UK & Ireland team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading high-profile client engagements, with responsibility for the technical delivery, client relationship, profitability and other key project metrics.
- Using your knowledge and network to identify and secure new opportunities.
- Working on projects, shaping solutions to meet client needs and managing delivery teams to achieve the best result for our clients and our people.
- Advising senior leaders and executives on how to shape their business and develop their internal capabilities.
- Developing, leading and managing key relationships.
- Driving thought leadership and representing AMCL at conferences across the globe.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience of working on or with asset or infrastructure projects.
- Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and a track record of delivering high-quality outputs.
- Experience with complex problem-solving in consulting or asset-intensive organisations.
- Ability to balance competing needs and to manage time and workload effectively.
- Experience of data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence solutions, e.g. PowerBI.
- Willingness to travel to better serve our clients and their interests.
