We are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to provide dedicated 2:1 care for a 27-year-old gentleman with complex needs in his home and within the community in Bracknell.

Shift Pattern

  • Day Shifts: 08:00 - 20:00
  • Waking Nights: 20:00 - 08:00

Role Responsibilities

  • Providing personal care, including incontinence care
  • Supporting with breakfast preparation and occasional lunch preparation
  • Medication administration (including epilepsy management)
  • Supporting attendance at religious activities (Temple)
  • Supporting weekly swimming sessions
  • Daily walks and community access
  • Promoting independence and maintaining safety at home and in the community

Essential Requirements

  • Full UK manual driving licence
  • Experience supporting individuals with epilepsy and challenging behaviour
  • Compassionate, reliable and committed approach
  • Full specialist training provided
