Our client, a highly respected multinational Lloyd\’s Insurance broker, is looking for a Processing Team Leader.
As a Team Leader, you will coordinate technical support within a team of Technicians aligned to specific product lines. While this is not a line management role, you will supervise operational tasks, ensuring service delivery and acting as the first point of contact for team queries.
What You\’ll Be Doing:
- Be responsible for and coordinate technical support within the team, ensuring workflow and adherence to company standards.
- Lead assigned projects and supply to team initiatives.
- Assist in the creation and processing of client and broking documents, including slips, quotes, and endorsements.
- Monitor team output to maintain service and quality standards.
- Support the broking team by providing technical assistance.
- Act as a point of escalation for team queries and urgent issues.
- Train and mentor junior team members.
- Develop relationships with business units and clients.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory obligations.
