AMC Executive Search is retained by a London Market insurance broker to identify a senior broker to join a newly established Real Estate team in London. This is a rare opportunity to help shape a practice from the ground up, where you will bring your market relationships, technical expertise and commercial instincts to bear in a high-profile, client-facing role.
As a senior member of the Real Estate broking team, you will take ownership of programme design, placement strategy and client relationships across a portfolio of real estate clients. Leading the design and placement of real estate insurance programmes across London market and international markets.
Developing and implementing broking strategies across all relevant insurance classes for key real estate clients. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, underwriters and internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will bring 8–12 years of insurance broking experience, with a meaningful portion spent working within a dedicated real estate or property broking team. You will be technically strong, commercially minded and genuinely passionate about the real estate insurance market.
