We are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to provide dedicated 2:1 care for a 27-year-old gentleman with complex needs in his home and within the community in Bracknell.
Responsibilities
Providing personal care, including daily pad changes
Supporting with breakfast preparation and occasional lunch preparation
Medication administration (including epilepsy management)
Supporting attendance at religious activities (Temple)
Supporting weekly swimming sessions
Daily walks and community access
Promoting independence and maintaining safety at home and in the community
