What you will be doing

Pay - £14.98 per hour

Serve as a key member of the Location Medical Services (LMS) medical team, delivering safe, high‑quality patient care and clinical support at events and assignments across the UK. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, provide treatment, deliver ongoing care, and support patient transport in a variety of operational settings, under the guidance of the Clinical Director. Carry out duties in line with the scope of practice for an ECA, ensuring all clinical activity adheres to organisational protocols, policies, SOPs and professional clinical guidelines. Escalate or seek clinical support as required to maintain patient safety and care standards. Provide lifesaving treatment, stabilise patients and prepare them for transport. Operate in remote locations, using your professional knowledge and skills to make judgements and provide treatment within your level of training and competence. Respond to operational requirements safely and efficiently. Drive all types of approved Ambulance Service vehicles under normal and emergency (blue‑light) conditions in accordance with road traffic law. Commit to continuous professional development, representing LMS positively, upholding organisational values and maintaining exemplary professional conduct at all times.

Role Requirements

  • Hold a valid UK manual driving licence with at least 1 year of driving experience and no more than 6 points.
  • Hold an ECA & Blue‑Light qualification.
  • Demonstrate physical fitness, as the role may require reaching patients in challenging or inaccessible locations (e.g. stairs), manual handling and performing CPR.
  • Possess a warm, caring personality with the ability to connect effectively with patients and colleagues.
  • Exhibit an adaptable and flexible work ethic, as media productions often operate 7 days a week with varying shift patterns.
  • Provide quality references covering the last three years of employment and hold a satisfactory enhanced DBS check.
