Role Overview: The NQP will work as part of an ambulance crew for the assessment, care, treatment and transportation of emergency, urgent and routine calls; providing advanced clinical interventions, including drug therapies at scene and may administer medication within PGD guidelines. They will undertake emergency blue light driving and will work in a variety of locations including; ambulance/rapid response vehicles, patient’s homes, primary care settings and accident and emergency care departments.
Qualifications:
- Essential: Paramedic Science Degree
- HCPC registration
- Hold a valid EU Driving License (No more than 3 endorsement points)
- All mandatory and statutory training up to date
- Disclosure and Barring Service Check
