Overview
As Territory Manager for the South East, you drive Ambu’s Urology and ENT portfolio across acute and non-acute NHS and private settings. You are a brand ambassador who builds relationships with procurement, clinical and management stakeholders to promote value and clinical impact. You will manage a field-based portfolio, qualify opportunities, and present health-economic and clinical benefits. Your work supports Ambu’s growth in a dynamic, international environment and involves cross-functional collaboration to shape adoption and outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Qualify opportunities and identify key decision makers
- Convey health-economic and clinical value to a broad stakeholder mix
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your sales pipeline
- Gather market intelligence and prepare effective presentations
- Meet stakeholders face-to-face in clinical settings and support product use
- Attend meetings and conferences with flexibility and driving license
- Report quarterly on pipeline to Regional Sales Manager, Urology & ENT
Key requirements
- Proven NHS sales track record with successful NHS selling experience
- NHS clinical experience
- Commercial credibility including price/value discussions and negotiation
- Self-starter with ability to work independently
- Excellent stakeholder engagement across clinical and management levels
- Research-oriented with ability to identify key issues affecting customers
- Full clean driving license; willingness to travel
- Desirable Theatre Access Course
- Self-motivated
