As Head of Product Management, you will lead the strategic direction of Ambu's UK & Nordics portfolio across GI, Respiratory, Urology & ENT, and Anaesthesia & Patient Monitoring.This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced healthcare marketing and portfolio leader to shape market strategy, drive growth, influence product innovation and develop a high-performing Product Management team.About the RoleReporting to the Marketing Director and serving as a member of the UKI Extended Management Team, you will be responsible for defining and executing portfolio strategies that deliver sustainable growth, strengthen market position and accelerate customer adoption across Ambu's key therapeutic areas.Working closely with Sales Leadership, HEMA, Clinical Affairs and Global Marketing, you will ensure that product strategies, market development initiatives and launches are aligned with customer needs, NHS priorities and Ambu's long-term growth ambitions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the Product Management team across multiple therapy areas.Define and execute portfolio strategy for GI, Respiratory, Urology & ENT, and A&PM.Own portfolio performance, including growth, market share and lifecycle management.Lead major product launches and market development initiatives.Drive market intelligence, customer insight and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.Collaborate closely with Sales, HEMA, Clinical Affairs and Global Marketing to deliver commercial impact.Establish performance metrics, monitor portfolio success and drive continuous improvement.About YouSignificant experience in product management, strategic marketing or commercial leadership within MedTech, medical devices or healthcare.Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and realise market opportunities.Skilled at influencing senior stakeholders across local and global organisations.Excellent analytical, strategic planning and communication skills.Experience using customer insights, market intelligence and evidence to drive business decisions.Degree qualified or equivalent experience, with marketing or commercial qualifications advantageous.Join a global leader in innovative medical technology.Influence portfolio strategy and commercial growth across the UK & Nordics.Work at the forefront of healthcare innovation, sustainability and service transformation.Lead a talented Product Management team with significant opportunity to shape future business success.Play a key role within the UKI leadership team and contribute to Ambu's long-term growth strategy.
