We are looking for a Product Manager, Respiratory to lead the marketing strategy and execution for our Pulmonology portfolio in the UK. This is a marketing role with high visibility across the UK business and close collaboration with global teams. You will play a critical role in shaping go-to-market strategy, driving product launches, and supporting sustainable growth within the NHS.

The role involves end-to-end marketing management of the Respiratory portfolio, ensuring strong market positioning, effective launches and commercially impactful marketing programmes. You will work closely with the Marketing Director, Sales teams, and HQ functions to translate clinical and customer insights into compelling value propositions that deliver revenue, profitability and market share.

Key marketing responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the UK Pulmonology product portfolio, aligned to business unit and company objectives.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and programmes that drive revenue growth, profitability and market share.
  • Lead all elements of product launches, including market research, value proposition development, go-to-market planning, internal readiness and post-launch optimisation.
  • Gather and apply deep market and customer insight, staying close to NHS clinicians and stakeholders to inform strategy and messaging.
  • Analyse market dynamics, competitor activity and environmental trends, translating insight into clear commercial recommendations.
  • Develop, manage and optimise campaigns, promotional activity and the marketing calendar, tracking performance and ROI.
  • Create, coordinate and maintain high-quality marketing collateral, ensuring consistent brand and value messaging.
  • Support UK-relevant clinical content, including identification and coordination of local case studies and clinical activities.
  • Work closely with Sales to deliver clear positioning, selling tools, training and communication that enable commercial success.
  • Liaise with global HQ teams to localise clinical and commercial messaging for the UK market.
  • Represent the UK business at international meetings and events as required.

What we’re looking for:

  • Demonstrable experience in strategic marketing and product management, ideally within medical devices or healthcare technology.
  • Strong understanding of the UK NHS environment and how products are adopted, evaluated and procured.
  • Proven track record of delivering effective and profitable marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality output to tight deadlines.
  • Confident communicator, able to engage and influence a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working independently in a field-based role with significant travel (~60%).
  • Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms is advantageous.

Qualifications:

  • Degree-level education (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken.
