Ambu UK is seeking a motivated Junior Product Specialist to support the growth of our ENT portfolio. This is an ideal opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional looking to develop core product management skills within a dynamic MedTech environment.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Senior Product Manager and cross-functional teams to support marketing activities, product launches, and field engagement. You’ll help gather market insights, develop customer-facing materials, and ensure compliant, value-based communication to NHS stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day management of the ENT product portfolio.
  • Gather and analyse customer, competitor and market insights.
  • Assist in developing marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate campaign logistics, events and the promotional calendar.
  • Contribute to launch planning and field team training resources.
  • Support sales colleagues at meetings, education sessions and training events.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, organisation and compliance.
About You
  • Strong interest in MedTech, healthcare or marketing.
  • Highly organised, proactive and eager to learn.
  • Confident communicator with good stakeholder engagement skills.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in marketing, product support or a healthcare-related role (desirable but not essential).
  • Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems.
  • Full UK driving licence required.
Qualifications
  • Degree-level education preferred.
  • CIM or other marketing training is an advantage.
  • Strong written and spoken English; proficient in MS Office.
