At Ambu, we are driven by innovation, clinical value and responsible healthcare. We are looking for a Product Manager, Respiratory to lead the marketing strategy and execution for our Pulmonology portfolio in the UK. This is a marketing role with high visibility across the UK business and close collaboration with global teams. You will play a critical role in shaping go-to-market strategy, driving product launches, and supporting sustainable growth within the NHS.

The role involves:

  • Owning and managing the UK Pulmonology product portfolio, aligned to business unit and company objectives.
  • Developing and executing marketing strategies and programmes that drive revenue growth, profitability and market share.
  • Leading all elements of product launches, including market research, value proposition development, go-to-market planning, internal readiness and post-launch optimisation.
  • Gathering and applying deep market and customer insight, staying close to NHS clinicians and stakeholders to inform strategy and messaging.
  • Analysing market dynamics, competitor activity and environmental trends, translating insight into clear commercial recommendations.
  • Developing, managing and optimising campaigns, promotional activity and the marketing calendar, tracking performance and ROI.
  • Creating, coordinating and maintaining high-quality marketing collateral, ensuring consistent brand and value messaging.
  • Supporting UK-relevant clinical content, including identification and coordination of local case studies and clinical activities.
  • Working closely with Sales to deliver clear positioning, selling tools, training and communication that enable commercial success.
  • Liaising with global HQ teams to localise clinical and commercial messaging for the UK market.
  • Representing the UK business at international meetings and events as required.

What we’re looking for:

  • Demonstrable experience in strategic marketing and product management, ideally within medical devices or healthcare technology.
  • Strong understanding of the UK NHS environment and how products are adopted, evaluated and procured.
  • Proven track record of delivering effective and profitable marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality output to tight deadlines.
  • Confident communicator, able to engage and influence a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working independently in a field-based role with significant travel (~60%).
  • Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms is advantageous.

Qualifications:

  • Degree-level education (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Professional marketing qualifications (e.g. CIM) desirable.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken.
