We are seeking an experienced, hands-on management couple to lead the day-to-day operations of our charming Cornish boutique hotel in a stunning coastal setting. The successful candidates will commence in February 2027, preparing for and overseeing the seasonal operation from March through October. Year-round on-site accommodation is provided, offering the opportunity to live and work in an exceptional coastal environment. This is an outstanding long-term opportunity for the right couple to become an integral part of a thriving hospitality business.

About the Role

This position is ideally suited to a hospitality-focused couple where:

  • One partner will lead front-of-house operations and business administration.
  • The other partner will take responsibility for the kitchen, preparing and cooking breakfasts, light bar snacks and supporting front of house operations.

Together, alongside 4 additional members of staff, you will oversee the smooth daily running of the hotel while delivering a relaxed, high-quality guest experience.

Working Hours

Breakfast, check outs and housekeeping, 6.30am - 12pm. Bar and check ins 3pm - 10pm, alternating evenings off.
