We're looking for compassionate, reliable and caring individuals to join our award-winning team supporting older people to live independently in their own homes.

We currently have evening and weekend opportunities available in West Bergholt, including: 3 to 4 evenings per week 2 to 3 hours or more per shift Enhanced rates of pay after 9pm Flexible hours to fit around your lifestyle and commitments Previous care experience is not essential as we provide full training and ongoing support.

Our comprehensive training programme is designed to give you the confidence and skills needed to become a successful Care Professional.

You'll receive classroom-based training covering areas such as: Basic Life Support Medication Administration Moving and Handling Safeguarding Person-Centred Care You'll then complete shadow shifts alongside experienced Care Professionals, allowing you to learn at your own pace before working independently.

As part of your development, you'll achieve a City & Guilds Care Certificate and receive ongoing refresher training throughout your career with us.
