Why can this position be exciting for you?
As Partnerships Manager UK, you will work closely with medical schools and student organizations, representing AMBOSS at events and conferences across the UK. Your goal is to introduce and grow the use of our platform among medical students and early-career doctors, helping them study smarter while strengthening long-term engagement with AMBOSS. In doing so, you will directly support our mission to improve medical education and clinical decision‑making worldwide.
You will:
- Develop a profound understanding of medical students and physicians in the UK and strive to expand AMBOSS’s presence at UK medical schools
- Build strong relationships with medical universities across the UK and lead conference presentations, webinars, and in‑person meetings in the region
- Manage our AMBOSSadors and key student contacts at the universities, and collaborate with key opinion leaders, student and medical societies
- Design and implement strategic outbound marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Monitor country‑specific performance metrics for all channels and plan quarterly reviews
- If relevant, create and manage content material to help tailor us to the market (e.g. country‑specific study guides and plans)
You bring:
- A UK Medical degree
- Experience in communication, project management, or working with student or physician organizations
- Willingness to travel (~40%) and attend conferences with a high level of autonomy
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and bring structure to ambiguous environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to operate flexibly in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
- Experience in tech, business development, consulting, sales, or marketing (a plus)
- Experience working within the NHS (a plus)
