Due to expansion, my client is looking for a fully remote completion assistant. The ideal candidate must have 1-2 years recent experience and be able to self-sufficiently work from home.
As a Senior Post Completion Assistant, you’ll manage post-completion matters from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timeliness across a high-volume caseload. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and submitting all types of Land Registry applications
- Dealing confidently with Land Registry requisitions and technical queries
- Amending documentation and ensuring accurate scanning and filing
- Registering charges with Companies House within strict statutory timeframes
- Liaising with clients, lenders, HM Land Registry, solicitors and third parties
- Acting as a senior point of contact for post-completion queries and escalations
- Supporting and mentoring junior and mid-level post-completion team members
- Assisting with workload allocation, prioritisation and inbox management
- Escalating complex matters where appropriate to ensure risks are managed
