Post Completions Manager (Residential Conveyancing) - Milton Keynes - Up to £40,000pa
We now seek an experienced Residential Conveyancing professional to join this leading law firm as their Post Completions Manager.
This is an integral role and will suit either an experienced Post Completions professional or a Conveyancer / Fee Earner perhaps seeking a change of pace.

The Role
- Managing a team of 3 Post Completion Paralegals, you will be responsible for all Post Completion activities for the business, ensuring the highest level of care and attention is always maintained
- Allocate caseloads and oversee your team, monitoring workloads and overall performance
- Monitor Files and ensure the SRA, Lender and Client requirements are met
- Liaise with other teams across the business to anticipate workloads
The Person
- Must be from a Residential Conveyancing background, with an excellent knowledge of Post Completions
- Must be able to delegate effectively, whilst also maintaining, and improving upon the Firm's high standards of client care
- Be an exceptional communicator at all levels
