SALES PROGRESSOR CHORLTON £27K + COMMISSION
Join an award winning independent estate agency in Chorlton.
My client is seeking a driven and detail-orientated Sales Progressor to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

The role:
- Managing residential property sales from offer acceptance through to completion.
- Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers and surveyors ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Recording accurate progress updates on the in house CRM
About you:
- You will have previous estate agency or sales progression experience.
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem solving skills.
- Proactive approach to progressing sales, resolving issues and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong IT proficiency in MS Office with the ability to learn new systems.
