My client, a specialist conveyancing firm, is seeking a senior paralegal / junior fee earner to join their growing team. This role is a great opportunity for a senior conveyancing paralegal who feels as though they have hit a ceiling in their current role and would like to advance their career.

What you will be doing:
- Extensive knowledge and experience of dealing with all aspects of Conveyancing
- Responsible for allocation of work within the Team
- Responsible for development, progression, and training needs of the Conveyancer and Conveyancing Assistant
- Awareness and involvement in business development
What you will have:
- Current experience managing your own conveyancing caseload
- The ability to effectively manage other people
- Experience with complex cases including shared ownership and new build
- Ability to sign off exchanges and completions
