This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner / Licensed Conveyancer / Solicitor to join an established law firm in the beautiful spa town of Harrogate.
With a minimum of 5 years spent in Residential Conveyancing managing your own caseload, you will be dealing with clients from across the town and wider region whilst also developing relationships with local Estate Agencies and Mortgage Brokers.

The Role:
- You will manage a caseload of between 60 and 100 residential files with the assistance of your dedicated Paralegal.
- Work on all manner of Residential Conveyances including Sale and Purchase, Leasehold and Freehold.
- Responsible for each file from inception to completion.
- Working within the team focusing on further developing the already established and enviable client base.
- Maximising every opportunity for your own professional development.
The Person:
- A minimum of 5 years spent in Conveyancing managing your own caseload.
- Must possess excellent IT skills and ideally experience of using a Case Management System.
- Be technically competent and meticulous with a wide range of client experience.
- Be keen to learn, train and develop your own knowledge and skills.
