We now seek an experienced Residential Conveyancing professional to join this established firm of solicitors as a Conveyancing Title Checker.
The Reward
- Up to £40,000pa depending on experience

The Person
- Be an experienced Residential Conveyancing professional, with a vast amount of industry experience
- Be able to Title Check both Freehold and Leasehold properties unaided and within agreed time frames
- Be highly organised, able to work remotely with no supervision
- Must be detail focussed, capable of producing Title Checks flawlessly
The Role
- Title Checking and raising the appropriate enquiries on all assigned files
- Reporting any unusual or unexpected Title issues immediately
- Working on your assigned cases with accuracy and detail in a timely manner
