CONVEYANCING SALES ASSOCIATE £25K OTE £50k (Remote)
My client is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join their conveyancing team.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in helping buyers, sellers and remortgages navigate the conveyancing process, while driving new business and contributing to the firms continued growth.
You will receive:
- £25,000 per annum basic, with an OTE of £50,000 per annum in the first year

- 29 days annual leave + Bank Holidays

What you will be doing:
- Converting warm inbound and outbound leads, helping potential clients understand my client’s service provision.
- Make outbound calls to people in the home-buying journey, build a rapport with them and understand which stage they are at.
- Identify needs and convert into instructed clients.
- Develop your own pipeline, working towards daily, weekly and monthly targets.
About you:
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely, with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach.
- Confident on the phone and able to build rapport quickly with a wide range of people.
- You have a sales background and a proven ability to convert leads using a consultative approach.
- Previous experience in conveyancing, estate agency, sales progression or business development.
- Organised, collaborative, and keen to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
