We now seek a focussed and forward thinking professional to join this leading Law Firm as their Client Relationship Manager. This is an integral role and will suit either a qualified Solicitor perhaps seeking a change of pace or a Client Management professional with a background in the Legal sector.

The Role
- Reporting directly to the Partners, you will be responsible for all Client Care matters across the business, ensuring the highest level of care and attention is always maintained.
- Effectively and efficiently manage all incoming queries, issues and complaints, escalating these when appropriate.
- Following up assertively on any abortive fees and taking action when required.
- Communicating clearly and assertively at all times.
- Working proactively to address any potential issues in advance.
- Liaising with teams across the business to ensure high standards are maintained.
The Person
- Must be from a legal background ie a Solicitor (or similar) or have worked within a Law Firm in a similar role.
- Experience of managing client care matters, including queries, complaints and escalations.
- Be an exceptional communicator at all levels.
