An experienced Property Valuer is now sought to join this highly respected Estate Agency in the Barnard Castle area.

The Role
- Valuing and instructing residential properties to both the Sales and Lettings market
- Developing a firm network of new and repeat clients across the area
- Confidently self-generate valuation appointments in addition to those booked in by the team
The Person
- Must be an experienced Residential Property Valuer with a track record of winning instructions
- Ideally know the Barnard Castle area well and be able to exploit this knowledge to win instructions
- Must have own vehicle (a mileage allowance will be paid)
