A Sales & Lettings Negotiator is now sought to join this highly respected Estate Agency in the Barnard Castle area.

The Role
- Working across both Sales and Lettings in this busy Estate Agency, secring purchasers and tenants for the firms clients
- Arranging a conducting viewings on properties across the area
- Maintaing regular client contact, ensuring excellent customer service at all times
The Person
- Must have prior Estate Agency experience, ideally across both Sales and Lettings
- Ideally know the Barnard Castle area well
- Must have own vehicle for viewings (a mileage allowance will be paid)
