Ambitious Group is seeking an experienced Property Management Compliance Coordinator in Newcastle upon Tyne to lead the Certification and Compliance function within a busy Lettings Agency.
You will manage landlord compliance requirements (Gas Safety Certificates, Electrical Reports, EPCs, HMOs), liaise with landlords and tenants, identify remedial works, obtain quotations and produce regular compliance reports. The role is Monday–Friday with every third Saturday 9:30am–1pm.
