- Salary £25,000-£28,000 basic, plus bonuses OTE £3,000
Working full time hours - Monday-Friday 8.45am – 5.00pm (36.25hours) with 1 hour lunch.
Some flexibility to working hours depending on viewings booked.
A background in property is an advantage training will be given.
This can be a very busy and varied role and requires someone who is passionate, organized, well presented, is fast thinking and has initiative, enjoys being part of a small team.
We began trading in 2010 and have one Property Manager and one Lettings & Sales consultant who report to the two directors.
We pride ourselves on developing and rewarding our team and making sure everyone plays a part in the continuing success of our company.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Arranging and conducting lettings and sales viewings at properties
- Arrange check outs
- Maintain and update applicant database
- Negotiate and handle lettings and sales offer
- Handling tenant applications and referencing
- Completing inspections
- Qualify telephone and website leads
- Creating marketing materials
- Liaising with tenants and maintenance contractors
- Handling complaints
- Respond to any queries or issues from both tenants and landlords or 3rd parties
- Provide excellent customer service
- Diary management
- Supporting property management if required to cover
- Sourcing new business and seeing through to completion.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships
- Promoting the company brand professionally
- Assisting with valuations
- Key Requirements
- A full, clean UK driving license
- Strong organizational skills
- Professional attitude
- 12 months Property Management & Lettings experience an advantage
- Local area knowledge
- Knowledge of landlord/tenant law
- Fully computer literate
