Lettings Manager |Salford | £34,000 – £35,000 + bonuses
Are you an experienced Lettings Manager looking to lead the leasing performance of a premium Build-to-Rent (BTR) community?
My client is looking for a Lettings Manager who will drive occupancy, maximise revenue, and deliver a five-star resident experience from initial enquiry to move-in, while managing and coaching the on-site lettings team to hit targets.
You will receive:

Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales funnel, conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and manage lease renewals to drive resident retention.
- Manage, mentor, and train the on-site lettings team to consistently achieve weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Launch local outreach campaigns, build corporate partnerships, and track competitor trends to keep the asset ahead of the market.
- Maintain flawless presentation of show apartments and amenities, handle feedback, and support community events.
- Oversee accurate CRM data, tenancy documentation, Right to Rent checks, and referencing in line with current legislation.
Requirements:
- Experience in BTR, PBSA, hospitality, or luxury residential lettings (essential)
- Proven ability to manage, mentor, or supervise a target-driven sales team.
- Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building abilities.
- Commercially minded, comfortable with CRM systems, and skilled at tracking performance metrics.
