Conveyancing Solicitor / Team Leader- Hybrid £60k - Stourbridge
My client is seeking a Residential Conveyancer, with experience of carrying their own caseload, to join this fantastic firm of Solicitors in Stourbrideon a hybrid basis.
This is a leadership opportunity ultimately resulting in Directorship.
This firm will provide you the with the opportunity to work in a stable and growing environment, as well as offering the option for hybrid working and the chance to become professionally qualified.
What you will have
- Must have demonstrable experience of working in Conveyancing and a desire to step into a managerial position
- Have experience of using a Case Management system
- Be a motivated self-starter, able to work effectively and efficiently, whilst also being an engaging and motivating leader
- Be either a Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or possess a significant amount of experience as a Fee Earner
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills are essential for managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with clients and colleagues professionally.
- Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with case management systems is advantageous.
