A RICS qualified Chartered Surveyor is now required to join the Rural team at this established Surveying business in the North Yorkshire area. Specialising in all Rural matters, this is a fantastic opportunity to put your skills and knowledge to use, working across a diverse range of rural estates, farms and landholdings.

The Role
- Working closely with clients to provide advice on a broad spectrum of rural property matters, including Estate Management, Landlord & Tenant Issues, Valuations, Diversification Projects, Compensation & Strategic Business Planning
- Networking across the region to build on the firm's already enviable client portfolio
- Act on behalf of your clients in respect of sales and acquisitions
The Person
- MRICS qualified Chartered Surveyor with a proven background in Rural work
- Have a sound knowledge of, and a passion for farming and rural businesses
- Be able to work autonomously whilst remaining effective in your role
- Must possess UK driving license and own vehicle (a mileage allowance will be paid)
