Main Responsibilities * Provide high-quality care and support to individuals in residential, supported living, care home, and healthcare settings. * Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility, while promoting dignity and respect. * Support individuals with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication support (where appropriate), shopping, and household tasks. * Provide emotional support and build positive, trusting relationships with service users, their families, and healthcare professionals. * Observe, record, and report any changes in a person's physical, emotional, or mental wellbeing. * Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment in line with health and safety and infection control procedures. * Work effectively as part of a professional team while delivering compassionate, high-quality care and support. Requirements * At least 6 months of UK care experience. * Right to work in the UK. * A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one if required). * Mandatory Trainings * A healthcare qualification (such as the Care Certificate, NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent) is desirable but not essential. * A caring, compassionate, and reliable approach to providing high-quality care. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and Bank Holidays where required.
