We are now seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, sales focussed and confident Property Manager / Negotiator to join this forward thinking Lettings Agency in Newcastle.

You will be working within a team of already established Property Managers to ensure the successful management and letting of the extensive portfolio.

The Role

  • Handling property enquiries
  • Arranging and carrying out viewings with prospective tenants
  • Entering into negotiations to secure leases on properties in the portfolio
  • Managing legal documentation
  • Working with landlords to manage their properties professionally and efficiently
  • Managing tenant queries and support
  • Managing the delivery of property maintenance
  • Carrying out property inspections in line with tenancy requirements
  • Working with the marketing team on an ongoing campaign across multiple channels to successfully let the portfolio
