Are you an experienced Senior Legal Cashier now seeking a new role in the Milton Keynes area? This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team in a leadership position as a Senior Legal Cashier within this established Law Firm. This firm, specialising in Residential Conveyancing, is growing rapidly and can offer you a collaborative and supportive culture, in addition to long term career growth opportunities.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing a small team of established Legal Cashiers, you will be responsible for all financial transactions and financial functions of the business, ensuring these are handled in accordance with the SRA accounts rules
  • Liaise closely with all parties concerned to ensure smooth and timely processes
  • Liaise with Fee Earners and other members of the team to resolve any fee queries

What you’ll have:

  • Previous experience of working as a Legal Cashier / Senior Legal Cashier within the legal sector, ideally within Conveyancing
  • Have a meticulous and professional attitude towards your work
  • Possess a familiarity of banking practices and processes (including BACS, CHAPS etc), alongside having a good knowledge of the SRA accounting rules and regulations
  • People management experience would be an advantage
