We are now seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, sales focussed and confident Property Manager / Negotiator to join this forward thinking Lettings Agency in Newcastle. You will be working within a team of already established Property Managers to ensure the successful management and letting of the extensive portfolio.

Responsibilities
- Handling property enquiries
- Arranging and carrying out viewings with prospective tenants
- Entering into negotiations to secure leases on properties in the portfolio
- Managing legal documentation
- Working with landlords to manage their properties professionally and efficiently
- Managing tenant queries and support
- Managing the delivery of property maintenance
- Carrying out property inspections in line with tenancy requirements
- Working with the marketing team on an ongoing campaign across multiple channels to successfully let the portfolio
Qualifications
- Exceptional and proven sales skills with a background in Lettings
- A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
- Desire to exceed targets
- Full, clean UK driving license and own vehicle
