Ambitious College is seeking a SEND Officer to coordinate the statutory transition and annual review process across our campuses.
You will plan, facilitate, track, quality assure, follow up and report on all annual and transition reviews for around 80 learners, with potential for future growth.
You will be the single point of contact for annual and transition reviews for your allocated settings, collaborating with college staff, parents, learners, visitors and local authorities.
