Ambitious about Autism is seeking a dedicated Job Coach to be based at Amazon Weybridge, supporting autistic interns within the Supported Internship Programme.
You will deliver tailored training and on-the-job support, working with interns, host staff, parents and carers to help each intern achieve employment goals.
Key duties include on-site coaching, developing workplace skills, liaising with managers, monitoring progress and helping interns move into paid roles where possible.
