Due to the exciting growth of our Supported Internship offer as part of St Johns College, we are seeking a Job Coach to join our team and deliver this vital programme at our internship host site, Amazon, in Crawley. This is a unique opportunity to make a real, lasting impact on the lives of autistic young people by helping them develop the skills and confidence to secure sustainable employment and gain greater autonomy.

About Us: St Johns College is dedicated to providing outstanding educational experiences that empower learners to thrive and succeed. Through our innovative Supported Internship programme, we help autistic young people transition smoothly into meaningful, paid employment by fostering independence and practical skills.

About the Programme: St Johns College, using the Project Search model, works with Amazon to support interns develop workplace skills. The programme runs from September for one academic year, with interns based at the workplace five days a week. Supported internships also benefit employers to learn what young people with additional needs can contribute and achieve.

As a Job Coach, you will play a pivotal role in our interns' journey towards paid employment and independent living. You’ll have the chance to work closely with our interns, providing on-the-job coaching.
